Refund policy

RETURNS

You can return your watch within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is in immaculate condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all of its packaging, tools and spare links.

To start a return, email st.watchmods@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and what to include.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the watch is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover it.

Once we have received and checked the watch, we will refund the price you paid to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return it within 14 days of receiving it, we will also refund the standard delivery charge.

Custom builds made to your own specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

None of this affects your legal rights. If your watch arrives faulty or not as described, get in touch and we will put it right.

WARRANTY

Every watch comes with a 6-month warranty from the day it is delivered. It covers faults in the movement and the workings of the watch, such as the crown, hands, date and winding, that were not caused by damage.

If something goes wrong, email st.watchmods@gmail.com with your order number and a short video or photos showing the problem. We will repair or replace the watch, or refund you if we cannot.

The warranty does not cover water damage (our watches are water resistant to 3 bar, which means rain and splashes, not swimming or showering), knocks and impact damage, scratches, normal wear, or repairs made by anyone else.
